Howย Youโllย Make an Impact ย
- Manage daily relationships with retail partners and vendors to maximize sales and uphold the Spectrum brandย
- Execute strategic plans and field sales operations across Big Box Retailers and third-party vendors selling Spectrum servicesย
- Provide account management through audits, field visits, training, business reviews, product support, and merchandisingย
- Conduct regular meetings andย trainingย with partners to ensure they meet quality standards and achieve sales goalsย
- Maintain up-to-date product and promotion knowledge and deliver this information to assigned partnersย
- Collaborate with operations, strategy, and divisional teams to align with Spectrumโs objectivesย
- Coordinateย special events, oversee staffing and merchandising, andย assistย in sales executionย
- Analyze sales metrics, report findings to leadership, and develop strategies to enhance partner performanceย
- Prospect new business opportunities and support partners in driving incremental salesย
Working Conditionsย
- Spend 20 percent of your time in the office and 80 percent in the field, making weekly visits to partners and retail locationsย
- Participate in occasional division-wide travelย

- Bachelorโs degree from a four-year college or university, or equivalent experienceย

- 5-7+ย years of related experience, training, or equivalent combination of education and experienceย

- Effective sales presentation abilities and problem-solving skillsย
- Strong organizational skills and initiativeย
- Proficient written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilitiesย

The base pay for this position generally is between
$39,900.00 and $65,800.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
In addition, this position has a commission earnings target starting at
$28,400.
