ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2018 and proudly serves the West Michigan communities of Muskegon, Spring Lake, Fruitport, and Grand Haven. With more than 13 years of experience in the insurance industry, I’ve always had a passion for helping people protect what matters most. Insurance runs in my family, and that foundation helped shape the values of integrity, care, and strong relationships that guide our agency today.
I graduated from Cornerstone University in Grand Rapids, where I was an avid golfer. Family is incredibly important to me - I’m married and a proud father of four. Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time outdoors skiing, boating, and golfing.
Giving back to the community is a big part of who we are. I’ve coached the Boys High School Golf team at WMC High School for several years and volunteer with the Lakeshore Junior Lumberjacks youth hockey program. Our agency also supports local schools, first responders, hospitals, and community events throughout the Muskegon area.
We offer a supportive environment focused on growth and balance, including work-life balance, ongoing training and development, and a Simple IRA retirement plan.
Our office culture is team-oriented, positive, and community-focused. We’re looking for individuals who are motivated, coachable, and excited to grow their career while making a difference in the communities we serve. If you want to be part of a team that values development, relationships, and impact, this could be the right fit for you.

Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

We look forward to connecting with you if you are the ideal customer-focused and empathetic team member we are searching for. We anticipate internal growth opportunities for especially driven and sales-minded candidates.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Maintain customer records and update information as needed.

  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in customer service preferred.
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
