US ALLIED PLUMBING & HVAC, LLC. / LEAD HVAC TECHNICIAN

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements • Perform routine and preventative maintenance • Prepare Estimate and Bid on Residential & Commercial Projects • Install new Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Systems • Know how to establish customer rapport to ensure highest levels of customer satisfaction • Respond to Emergency Maintenance requests • Participate in all training exercises, morning meetings and technical vendor training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures • Train and mentor apprentices to ensure on-time, high quality installations


EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

• 5+ Years-experience in HVAC (required) • Experience in both Residential & Commercial HVAC Systems • Universal EPA Certification (required) • High School Diploma or Equivalent (required) • Familiar with HVAC wiring diagrams • Ability to handle physical workload • Strong Problem Solving and Critical Thinking Skills • Experience in Bidding and Installing RTUs • Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities • Must have a valid driver’s license • Must pass Drug Screening and Criminal Background Check • Must be authorized to work in the United States (required)
