Job description

NVIDIA is searching for a creative and highly motivated Enterprise AV Design & Collaboration Engineer world class conference rooms and event spaces that empower us to work at the speed of light. In this on-site role, you will not just fix issues; you will engineer the seamless experiences and manage the critical logistics that allow our teams to build the future of AI. What you'll be doing:
  • Act as a technical domain expert for our global AV environment, contributing to the design and deployment of sophisticated Teams Rooms and internal event spaces.
  • Rely on you to drive the end-to-end logistics of our AV infrastructure; you will manage Purchase Orders (POs) and vendor relationships, coordinating the ordering, configuration, and shipping of equipment to ensure our global sites are equipped on schedule.
  • You will work closely with our Real Estate, Facilities, and Network teams to lead all aspects of AV installation projects from architectural drawings to final commissioning, ensuring every room meets our high standards of user experience.
  • Provide Tier 3 solving and operational support, resolving intricate hardware and software issues across Cisco, Q-SYS, and Shure ecosystems to ensure maximum uptime for critical meetings.
  • Design and support the MTR ecosystem on Cisco hardware, including Teams Phone architecture, complex dial plans, auto-attendants, call queues, and PSTN connectivity via Direct Routing and Operator Connect with high availability.
  • Drive API-led automation (Webex, Microsoft Graph), develop custom macros/UI extensions, integrate AV with smart-building systems, and apply an observability-first and UX journey-driven approach to deliver seamless, scalable collaboration experiences.
What we need to see:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in Audio Visual engineering, design, and support within an enterprise environment.
  • Deep technical expertise in configuring and fixing AV-over-IP systems, DSP programming (Q-SYS/Biamp), and control systems (Crestron/Extron).
  • Strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, VLAN, DHCP, Multicast) and how they apply to AV traffic (Dante, AES67, NVX).
  • Proven experience managing large-scale deployments of Zoom Rooms or Microsoft Teams Rooms.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 144,000 USD - 230,000 USD.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
