Job Summary:
SonSoft Inc. is a USA based corporation specializing in Software Development, Software Consultancy, and Information Technology Enabled Services. They are seeking a Microsoft Business Intelligence professional with in-depth knowledge of data modeling and experience in various data processing techniques to contribute to their projects.
Responsibilities:
• In-depth understanding of the Multidimensional data modeling schemas
• Experience in Tabular data modeling and understanding of rationale to use tabular data model.
• Hands on experience in writing MDX, DAX queries
• Experience in applying the cube partitioning and cube processing techniques
• Experience in applying various data security aspects for a Cube
• Understanding of MOLAP, ROLAP and HOLAP data storage and processing technique when to use what
• Knowledge of SSAS cube deployment methods in various production scenarios (Knowledge of XMLA)
• In depth understanding of SSAS Skills including DAX queries, experience in building tabular model/dimensional cube etc
• Design consideration of hierarchy, facts, dimensions, relationships, and impact on cube performance
• Experience in applying DW/BI design concepts
• At least 2 years of hands on experience in Design, Development & Build activities in MSBI – SQL Server Projects
• At least 4 years of experience in Software development life cycle
• At least 2 years of experience in DW/BI related technologies using Microsoft SQL Server - MUST
• At least 4 years of experience in Project life cycle activities on DW/BI development and maintenance projects
• At least 2 years of experience in Design and Architecture review
• Hands-on development mentality, with a willingness to troubleshoot and solve complex problems
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
• Willingness to learn and work on new technologies
• Strong analytical skills
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
• Experience in developing custom visualization using type scripting/R Script/M Query preferred
• UX Expert with knowledge of visualization. Develop wireframes by different personas preferred

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 5 years of experience within the Information Technologies.
