We're currently looking for aBI Developer / Analyst who is passionate about data, analytics, and continuous improvement. This role partners with teams across the organization to develop reporting solutions, dashboards, and business intelligence tools that provide visibility into project performance, operational efficiency, financial trends, quality metrics, and overall company performance.

What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate with Operations, Project Management, Quality, Safety, Finance, and Leadership teams to understand reporting and analytics needs
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, scorecards, KPIs, and reports using Power BI, Power Platform, SSRS, Excel, and other business intelligence tools
  • Analyze operational, financial, project, and quality data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
  • Create intuitive and user-friendly dashboards that improve visibility and support strategic decision-making
  • Assist with the development and maintenance of standardized reporting practices across the organization
  • Work closely with Data Engineers and system stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity
  • Support the automation of manual reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce redundancy
  • Validate data and troubleshoot reporting discrepancies or data-related issues
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and meaningful way
  • Identify opportunities to improve business processes through enhanced reporting and analytics
  • Support the adoption and effective use of reporting tools and dashboards throughout the organization
  • Develop and maintain documentation, KPI definitions, report standards, and user guides
  • Recommend enhancements to reporting tools, dashboards, and business intelligence capabilities


What We're Looking For:

  • Experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Power Platform, Tableau, SSRS, or Excel
  • Familiarity with DAX and the ability to build and maintain Power BI calculations and measures
  • Working knowledge of SQL and the ability to write and understand basic to intermediate queries
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience interpreting operational and financial data
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders to identify reporting and analytics requirements


Preferred Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Experience within the construction, engineering, or project-based industries
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and operational reporting environments
  • Experience with Python or other data analysis tools
  • Familiarity with CMiC, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Vista by Viewpoint, or similar construction technology platforms


This is a full-time, on-site position that requires periodic travel based on business needs.
