Key Responsibilities:
â- Work directly with professionals across various facets
of Global Operations (ie: Contact Center, Solution Delivery, Vertical Client
Implementation Leaders, Sales teams) to design, document, test, and support the
construction of internal Data Visual solutions that tell the desired insights
story.
â- Perform analysis of existing and new data and processes
to measure data quality, value of data and accuracy of data.
â- Build wireframes and mock-ups of dashboards and reports
as needed to communicate visualization/functionality internally, combining
business requirements and existing process and data knowledge to understand
opportunity and design better dashboards.
â- Create informative presentation-ready visualizations
and analyses internally using Spotfire, BI, Salesforce and/or other open source
visualization technologies for Operations leadership.
â- Follow existing strategies, standards and best
practices in the areas of data visualization, data access and data integration
within the Global Operations various analytical platforms.
â- Will work in multiple languages including JavaScript.
â- Use agile data wrangling methodologies for extraction
and transformation of data using SQL, R, or Python to derive data marts to
drive dashboards and visualizations.
â- Contribute to continuous improvement activities.
Skills needed include BigQuery and visualization
experience (preferably Looker Core and
HTML)
