Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Consultant to support enterprise reporting, analytics, and business intelligence initiatives across Oracle Cloud applications. This role will partner with HR, Finance, Supply Chain, and IT teams to develop scalable reporting solutions, enhance data visibility, and drive informed business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, and data extracts across Oracle Cloud applications, including HCM, Financials, Projects, and Supply Chain modules.

  • Create and optimize BI Publisher data models, templates, and reports using RTF, Excel, PDF, and other output formats to support business reporting and integration requirements.

  • Develop and maintain OTBI analyses, BI Publisher solutions, and reporting data models that address operational, compliance, and strategic reporting needs.

  • Document reporting requirements, business rules, data definitions, and transformation logic to ensure consistency and knowledge retention.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and alignment across Oracle Cloud reporting platforms.

  • Enable self-service reporting capabilities by delivering user-friendly dashboards, shared reports, and training resources for business users.

  • Administer report security, user roles, and data access controls in accordance with organizational policies and governance standards.

  • Support the migration of legacy reporting solutions to Oracle Cloud reporting and analytics platforms.

  • Provide end-user support, troubleshooting, training, and documentation for reporting tools and analytics solutions.

  • Participate in system testing, upgrades, quarterly Oracle Cloud release activities, and enhancement projects.

  • Evaluate Oracle quarterly release updates and identify impacts, enhancements, and new reporting capabilities.

  • Recommend and implement opportunities for reporting automation, process standardization, and advanced data visualization.

  • Work closely with business and technical teams to continuously improve reporting efficiency and analytical capabilities.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience supporting Oracle Cloud HCM reporting solutions, including BI Publisher and OTBI.

  • Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud data structures and reporting architecture.

  • Experience developing data extracts, dashboards, and enterprise reporting solutions.

  • Knowledge of reporting security, data governance, and access management.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable reporting and analytics solutions.
