Job Summary:
Echo IT Solutions is seeking a Microsoft BI Specialist to enhance their data visualization capabilities. The role involves creating visually appealing dashboards in Power BI, managing a large portfolio of projects, and providing thought leadership in data analysis and visualization.
Responsibilities:
• Looking for someone to come in and help us how to tell that story in Power BI that's visually appealing
• How do we take all of this rich data and take it to the next data visualization level? Pulling data from multiple resources and creating visually appealing dashboards
• Someone who has the thought leadership to look at data, create dashboards, and create the brief of what those dashboards could be – make recommendations based on the data, be innovative in their approach and create dashboards that cater to the data, no
• On a more technical scale – we are looking for the ability to build and execute – solve for x and y – meaning being able to use thought leadership and have experience with portfolio management tasks that we're executing against and build a data model against it that can continue to evolve beyond the data we're looking at today
• Conversational in English and in technical as well – someone who can ask questions, be innovative, and push the envelope in thought leadership and strategic process.

• 2-5 years of experience in Power BI
• Expert level in Excel
