Job Description

Individual will work in the technology department of a growing Managed Services business unit. This business unit is comprised of fleet and regulatory compliance experts who clients rely on to off-load the time consuming/complex tasks of managing driver safety and vehicle compliance. The Managed Services Technology team is comprised of 13 associates who create software and web-based applications for use by both our internal team of 250+ compliance associates and by the external clients who use services.

The Senior Developer performs technical design and development of new features, as well as to provide guidance and assistance for ongoing technical maintenance and support. This includes: analysis, project estimating, design, development/coding, testing and documentation. This position will also assist in long-range planning and recommendations regarding technical architecture of our BI Environment.

Qualifications
    • 6+ years PC/Internet based software or web development experience including analysis, technical design, coding and testing.
    • 3+ years experience with Microsoft development tools, including the following technologies: C#, .NET, SQL Server, SSAS, SSRS, SSIS, Data Warehouse methodologies. Biztalk Developer experience a plus.
    • Strong system analysis, design and problem solving skills.
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate technical and non-technical issues with customers, vendors and product stakeholders at various levels.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a technology-related field. In lieu, will consider an Associate's degree with additional related experience.
