Job description

Customer Service Representative

Craft Wholesalers Inc., a family-owned business serving customers for over 40 years, is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. We value reliability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic—and we reward it with competitive benefits and a supportive work environment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Answering incoming calls and responding to customer emails and faxes
  • Processing orders accurately and efficiently
  • Providing product availability, pricing, and order status updates
  • Handling returns, adjustments, and complaints in a professional manner
  • Collaborating with team members and maintaining strong internal communication
