HealthCentral is looking for a BI Analyst to help build and evolve campaign performance data products across our healthcare media ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of data, media, and storytelling—turning multi-source campaign data into clear, actionable insights for internal teams and clients.

This role reports to our Chief Product Officer. You'll work closely with Account Management, Product, and Analytics to standardize reporting, improve data pipelines, and help evolve how we measure and communicate performance across HCP and DTC campaigns.

Data Products & Insights

  • Own the development of campaign performance data products (dashboards reporting frameworks, and insight layers)
  • Translate complex, multisource data into clear decision-oriented insights and narratives
  • Identify performance drivers, trends, and opportunities across campaigns, content, and audiences
  • Evolve reporting from descriptive to diagnostic and prescriptive insights

Dashboarding & Data Modeling

  • Design and maintain scalable BI dashboards for internal and client use
  • Define and standardize core metrics, business logic, and calculation frameworks
  • Integrate data from multiple sources (e.g., Sigma, Adobe Analytics, ad servers) into unified a unified reporting layer
  • Pull and validate data from Sigma dashboards (core reporting layer)
  • Work with teams to integrate data from sources like Adobe Analytics and ad servers (e.g., DFA/DCM)
  • Help define and document data logic and calculation rules (e.g., exclusions, standardizing metrics)

Reporting Infrastructure & Automation

  • Help transition reporting from manual workflows to automated, productized reporting systems
  • Support development of AI-assisted reporting and insight generation workflows
  • Ensure consistency and scalability across reporting templates and outputs
  • Continuously improve data quality, validation processes, and system reliability

Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Collaborate with product to share reporting experiences and client facing data tools
  • Ensure data products effectively support client needs and use cases
  • Work with Analytics/Engineering on data integrity, pipeline improvements, and enhancements
  • Embed optimization insights into scalable reporting and dashboard experiences

Requirements

  • 1-3 years in BI Analytics, digital marketing analytics, or data focused roles
  • Experience working with campaign performance or user engagement data

Technical Skills

  • Experience with BI tools (Sigma, Tableau, Looker, or similar)
  • Familiarity with analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics or similar)
  • Working knowledge of data modeling concepts and metric standardization
  • Strong Excel skills

Analytical & Product Thinking

  • Ability to move beyond reporting to insight generation and problem solving
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and consistency
  • Curiosity for improving systems, not just outputs

Communication

  • Ability to translate data into clear, actionable narratives for stakeholders
  • Comfortable creating client-ready deliverables and dashboards
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience in healthcare, pharma, or regulated industries
  • Exposure to programmatic media, DSPs, or ad tech ecosystems
  • Familiarity with AI tools or automation workflows in analytics
  • Basic SQL knowledge

What Success Looks Like

  • Scalable, reliable data products used across teams and by clients
  • Standardized metrics and reporting frameworks across campaigns
  • Faster, more automated reporting workflows
  • Insights that directly influence campaign performance and client strategy
