Job description

What you'll do:

  • Develop a comprehensive program plan that defines the program's objectives, scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements

  • Identify and engage stakeholders, including executives, Business sponsors, and team members. Maintain regular communication to manage expectations, gather feedback, and ensure buy-in for program initiative

  • Establish program governance structures, including steering committees or advisory boards, to provide oversight and guidance

  • Coordinate and allocate resources across multiple squads within the program

  • Identify and assess program risks

  • Monitor the progress of squad delivery within the program, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and milestones

  • Oversee the management of changes in program scope, schedule, and budget

  • Facilitate the closure of the program upon successful completion

  • Training and guidance (Establish guidelines) to the team members across squads to establish consistency

What you bring:

  • Financial management: Budgeting, Forecasting, Accruals and Invoice Management, Variance Analysis

  • Scope Management: Establishing outcomes, MVP, epics, stories, releases and milestones

  • Resource Management: Building and managing resource plans to deliver on defined scope leveraging FTE and partner resources

  • Risk Management: Anticipating, identifying, capturing risks; driving plans to mitigate impacts to scope, timeline, budget; escalating and communicating

  • Good understanding of Agile methodologies including SAFe

  • Scrum and Kanban

  • Product Lifecycle Management

  • Experience working with MS Office

  • Working knowledge of Jira/Jira align and Confluence

  • Experience with Planview, Delivery Central and Lucid is an asset

Broadband Salary Range:$79,000 - $131,000.


Ourtypical hiring range is between $79,000 and $105,000. Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements. For critical roles, the compensation offering will be reviewed to ensure alignment with market rate and conditions and the unique value you bring to the role.
