Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-focused therapy.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans that clearly identify client goals and therapeutic interventions.

  • Facilitate crisis intervention strategies and safety planning when addressing urgent client needs.
