Position Summary:

The President will ensure that BID Needham functions at the highest levels including delivering safe, high-quality coordinated care, efficient management of resources, smooth and efficient administrative services, and implementation of strategic and operational plans. The President will be responsible for the executive leadership, strategic growth, and fiscal health of BID Needham. They will recognize the inclusive and collaborative culture of the hospital that has made it a success in the community and among its patients and use that as a steppingstone to further integrate into the Beth Israel Lahey Health (BILH) system.

The President will work collaboratively with system-wide leadership and other BILH hospital and business unit presidents to advance goals to strengthen its mission of becoming a fully integrated system of patient care, education, research, and community service. This individual will identify new strategic partnerships that extend into the community, ensuring a robust health system distinguished by offering outstanding patient care programs and strong financial performance.

The President will be a strong operational leader with sound fiscal management experience who will continue BID Needham's culture of quality and patient satisfaction. The President will be a visible and enthusiastic leader within the organization and community and a vital partner in increasing philanthropic support for the Hospital.

Pay Range:

$360,400.00 USD - $425,600.00 USD

The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. In addition to base compensation, this position may be eligible for additional compensation, which may include performance-based incentive bonuses.
