Job description

C2 Systems Analyst
Location: Quantico, VA Clearance Required: Secret (TS/SCI Eligible Strongly Preferred) Employment Type: Full-Time
About the Role
The JAAW Group LLC is seeking experienced C2 Systems Analysts to provide enterprise-level analysis of Marine Corps command-and-control systems in support of the C2TECOE mission. This position bridges acquisition, doctrine, and training to ensure POR systems remain integrated with instructional delivery and aligned with Marine Corps modernization priorities.
Responsibilities
  • Develop Program Objective Memorandum (POM) exhibits and track POR acquisition programs through JCIDS and PPBE processes
  • Coordinate staff reviews of doctrinal publications, SOPs, TTPs, and training pamphlets
  • Produce decision-quality briefs, information papers, FOS requests, meeting minutes, and decision papers
  • Integrate C2 analysis into POI development, curriculum meetings, and instructor support
  • Develop supplemental POI materials, C2 employment procedures, and integration guidance
  • Support evaluation of new C2 software releases, hardware, and beta technologies
  • Plan and coordinate New Equipment Training (NET) events
  • Conduct lessons learned analysis using Joint and Service databases
  • Support the C2TECOE Configuration Working Group
  • Engage stakeholders across TECOM, MCCDC, MCSC, CD&I, and MARFORs
  • Produce C2 Training Classroom and COC Architecture Diagrams and Equipment Inventory and Location Reports

Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of POR C2 systems analysis experience
  • Expertise in JCIDS, PPBE, and DoD 5000 acquisition processes
  • Operational staff experience at MEF or supporting establishment level
  • Active Secret clearance; TS/SCI eligible strongly preferred
  • CompTIA Security+ certification
  • Risk Management Framework (RMF) knowledge
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Systems Engineering, or National Security

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with GCCS-MC, JADOCS, C2PC, JBC-P/MMC-S, or related POR systems
  • Familiarity with Marine Corps acquisition and force development processes
  • Prior C2TECOE, MCCDC, or MCSC experience
  • CISSP or additional cybersecurity certifications
