SUMMARY

The Bartender is responsible for delivering exceptional beverage service in a high-energy entertainment bar environment featuring live local bands and an eclectic cocktail menu. This role requires strong mixology skills, efficiency in a fast-paced setting, and the ability to engage guests while maintaining professionalism, accuracy, and compliance with all casino policies.

  • Provide fast, friendly, and professional beverage service to guests and beverage servers in accordance with company service standards

  • Prepare, mix, and serve classic and specialty cocktails using proper recipes, portions, and presentation

  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver orders in a timely manner

  • Create an engaging guest experience aligned with the live music and entertainment atmosphere

  • Promote casino events, programs, and featured offerings

  • Operate the POS system accurately, including cash handling, credit transactions, and complimentary sales

  • Maintain the integrity of all financial controls and reconcile assigned cash drawer at shift end

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked workstation in compliance with health and safety guidelines

  • Monitor guest alcohol consumption and practice responsible alcohol service

  • Alert management of intoxicated, unruly, or disruptive guests

  • Communicate effectively with servers, barporters, and management to ensure smooth service flow

  • Attend departmental and company meetings as required


  • Must be 21 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least 2 to 3 years of high-volume experience required
  • Food Handlers & Bassett Certification required
  • Prior bartending experience required; casino or high-volume cocktail bar experience preferred

  • Strong knowledge of classic cocktails and martini service

  • Excellent communication and guest engagement skills

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment

  • Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
