Milwaukee Metro Area: Brookfield, Menomonee Falls, Greendale, Greenfield, Franklin, Hales Corners, Oak Creek, Bay View, Waukesha - Starting Wage $16-$17/hr.
Western Waukesha County: Oconomowoc, Hartland, Pewaukee, Sussex, Mukwonago, Dousman
$19-$20/hr day shifts & Awake Overnights

$300 Signing Bonus
**Receive $100 after you work 100 hours with us, and $200 after 500 hours**
We set our Care Professionals up for success!
CNAs, lapsed CNAs, personal care workers, and those with experience caring for a loved one are encouraged to apply. Those without experience are also encouraged to apply--we provide paid training!
All shifts available! Days, evenings, overnights, and 24-hour shifts. Both short and long shifts available. Work available in both Waukesha and Southern Milwaukee Counties.

As a CAREGiver with Home Instead, you will provide:
*Companionship and conversation
*Stabilization and assistance with walking
*Meals and clean up meal-related items
*Medication and appointment reminders
*Light housekeeping tasks (dusting, vacuuming, making beds, changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, etc.)
*Washing and ironing laundry
*Errands
*Accompanying clients to appointments
*Bathing assistance
*Grooming assistance
*Toileting and incontinence care assistance
*Alzheimer's/Dementia Care
Essential Job Requirements:
*Ability to speak and hear English clearly in person and on the telephone
*Ability to read and write English
*Ability to lift, push or pull 25 pounds
*Ability to bend, twist, stoop, kneel and reach
*Ability to consistently provide physical assistance to a client (i.e. stand-by assistance while walking, assist client with transfers)
*Complete a criminal background check, DMV check, pre-employment drug screen
*Possess a valid driver's license and valid auto insurance
*Ability to withstand exposure to dust, mold, mildew and cleaning solutions
*Ability to treat and care for clients and their property with dignity and respect
*Ability to adapt to various living environments and locations
*Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner
