Job Title: Recruiting Coordinator (AUTA VMS)
Job Description
Our Operations Recruiting Coordinator works closely with a team of recruiters in a dynamic and fast-paced recruiting organization. This role is crucial in managing recruiting activities and fostering candidate relationships, often providing candidates with their first impression of the company. The ideal candidate will be an organizational expert, work efficiently with internal and external clients and candidates, possess excellent communication skills, and have the ability to adapt quickly to changing situations. Responsibilities

• Schedule interviews and phone screens by working directly with candidates and hiring managers, and arrange travel for visiting candidates when necessary.
• Update candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems and confirm new hires.
• Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates regarding their recruiting status via phone and email.
• Track recruiting activities and provide candidate status in a weekly report.
• Coordinate post-interview debrief meetings and provide debrief materials.
• Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.
• Assist in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed.

Essential Skills

• 1+ years of recruiting coordinator or coordination experience.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor's degree.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Superb customer focus, attention to detail, and organization skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment.

Work Environment
This 8-5pm, 100% onsite, 6-month contract (conversion/extension potential) role surrounds a work environment that is fast-paced and dynamic, requiring the ability to adapt to rapidly changing situations. The role involves using various technologies and tools such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. The successful candidate will enjoy a collaborative atmosphere and have the opportunity to work with a talented team dedicated to building a great organization.

This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
