• Provide individualized physical therapy services to patients, establishing measurable goals and designing treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs, particularly focusing on post-operative spine care.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information with discretion and professionalism, adhering to all HIPAA regulations.
• Actively participate in the development and implementation of departmental policies, procedures, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Conduct thorough patient evaluations, utilizing evidence-based assessments to guide treatment decisions.
• Provide education to patients and their families about treatment protocols, empowering them to take an active role in their recovery.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as orthopedic surgeons, nurses, and occupational therapists, to create comprehensive, interdisciplinary care plans.
• Document all patient interactions and progress in a timely manner, utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) system for accurate record-keeping.
• Stay current with industry best practices and continuing education opportunities to enhance clinical skills and treatment techniques.

Our patient population primarily consists of individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, including spine surgery patients. We focus on providing rehabilitation care to patients of various ages and backgrounds, tailoring our approach to meet the specific rehabilitation needs of each individual. The successful applicant will be knowledgeable about common orthopedic conditions and skilled in both manual therapy techniques and exercise prescription.

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution. Candidates who graduated in 2003 or later must possess either a Master's in Physical Therapy (MSPT) or a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT).
• Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Florida, with a commitment to maintaining good standing throughout employment.
• Current CPR certification or completed during orientation, with ongoing certification required.

• Previous experience in outpatient orthopedic settings, particularly with a focus on spinal rehabilitation.
• Demonstrated proficiency in common rehabilitation modalities, exercise therapies, and patient education techniques.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and practice management software.

Easy Start Therapy offers a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes:
