Our team leads last-mile strategy to enhance customer experience, operational efficiency, and cost performance across Walmart’s delivery network. We specialize in optimizing catchment areas, sourcing, depot operations, and delivery capabilities to provide faster, reliable, and cost-effective fulfillment solutions. By leveraging advanced data science, machine learning, and data visualization techniques, the team drives actionable insights that improve service quality and operational outcomes. What you'll do:

  • Expertise in analytical modeling techniques, model validation, tuning, and deployment for scalable production use.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools and best practices to effectively communicate complex data insights.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions with a clear understanding of business context.
  • Experience mentoring junior associates and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver impactful data insights.
