Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships and create customers for life by understanding their needs and guiding them through the vehicle selection process.
  • Become a product expert—master vehicle features, packages, and the latest technology.
  • Deliver professional, high-quality demonstrations of new and pre-owned vehicles.
  • Follow up with customers to encourage repeat and referral business.
  • Learn to navigate objections and excel in sales situations.
  • Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding goals, activities, and performance.
  • Bring a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to excellence every day.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience as an Automotive Sales Consultant preferred.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
  • Eagerness to learn new products and technologies quickly.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Acceptable driving record per dealership guidelines.
  • Willingness to complete a pre-employment background check.
