  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations (e.g., ACA, ERISA, COBRA).
  • Enhance and optimize benefits systems, including supporting a large scale Workday HRIS implementation, to create a seamless employee experience
  • Oversee benefits billing and reconciliation to ensure coverage and payment accuracy
  • Serve as the go-to expert for questions--- delivering clear, supportive guidance to our team members

Leaves of Absence Administration - 30%

  • You'll help employees navigate important life moments with clarity and care:
  • Guide employees and managers through company sponsored leaves and other regulatory leaves including FMLA, ADA, and state-specific programs.
  • Help ensure leaves are handled fairly, smoothly, and in compliance with regulations.
  • Track leaves, support return-to-work planning, and provide thoughtful, responsive support
  • Partner closely with Payroll to ensure accurate leave payments

Special Projects & HR Initiatives - 10%

  • Support other HRIS and benefits system enhancements and reporting improvements
  • Partner on Total Rewards projects, including compensation, benchmarking, and process improvements
  • Deliver insights and data-driven recommendations to leadership
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements
