Position Title: Program Manager – Mission Services
Location: Goodwill Industries of Northeast Iowa, Inc.

Your Role in Our Mission
As a Program Manager, you will lead a team that helps people build skills for work and everyday life. You’ll guide staff, support programs, and help individuals—including people with disabilities—move toward independence and success.

This is more than a leadership role—it’s a chance to inspire others, solve problems, and create opportunities that change lives.

What You’ll Do
• Lead and support a team of Employment Specialists, Lead Direct Support Trainers, and Direct Support Staff
• Coach and encourage team members so they can grow and succeed
• Oversee programs that help people learn job skills and life skills
• Review program progress and find better ways to serve people
• Hire, train, and develop team members
• Work with other departments to create more opportunities for participants
• Step in as a leader when needed, including occasional evenings or weekends

What You Need
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services (or similar experience)
