You'll spend your time:
Teaching and coaching people on technology
Coordinating technology initiatives and process improvements
Helping design and implement business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools
Building skills that can lead to future Technology Analyst opportunities
As our technology capabilities continue to expand, this role is designed to grow with you. You'll begin by focusing on user enablement, training, and coordination while developing the technical skills needed to take on increasing responsibility for application development and automation.
What You'll Do -
Empower People Through Technology
Deliver engaging technology training sessions and workshops
Coach employees one-on-one to build confidence with technology
Create guides, videos, and learning resources
Help establish technology champions throughout the organization
Coordinate Technology Initiatives
Manage and track technology requests across multiple offices
Support technology projects, testing activities, and rollouts
Maintain and enhance our SharePoint intranet
Gather feedback and identify opportunities for process improvement
Build the Future
Assist with Power Apps and Power Automate solutions
Support internally developed business applications
Contribute to reporting and data improvement initiatives
Learn directly from technology leadership while expanding your technical skillset

What We're Looking For
Required
2+ years of experience in coordination, operations, training, analyst, or similar role in a Professional Services environment
Strong Microsoft 365 skills (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, SharePoint)
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Demonstrated experience teaching, training, coaching, or guiding others
A commitment to continuous learning and professional development
Bonus Points
Prior use of Power Apps, Power Automate, or Power BI
Experience working in a Public Accounting environment
Curriculum or training development experience
Experience supporting teams across multiple locations
Don't Rule Yourself Out If...
You don't have a CPA, accounting degree, software development background, or previous IT help desk experience.
