Job description

The eProcurement Manager will manage full life cycle of the vendor partner portal used by Sodexo & Entegra supply management and finance teams to share data back/forth with our vendor partners.

Manage a team of administrators who support internal and external users and the testing of new features.

You will drive the strategic execution of supply management and procurement initiatives that elevate operational efficiency and commercial performance. You will partner across teams to implement innovative solutions, lead complex projects, and activate programs that deliver measurable business growth and value.


The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team.

Pay Range: $100130 per year - $155540 per year

Incentive Eligibility: Eligible to participate in Sodexo's incentive plan and earn variable compensation in addition to base salary

  • Manage the full lifecycle of supplier enablement, procurement-to-pay (P2P), and master data projects, ensuring effective design, planning, implementation, and ongoing support.
  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration and communication among Supply Management, technology, finance, marketing, vendors, and other internal and external partners to drive project success.
  • Develop and execute rollout strategies, training programs, and communication plans to support new client onboarding, system launches, and supply chain initiatives.
  • Lead category management efforts including contract negotiation, vendor management, cost control, compliance, and risk mitigation aligned with company policies.
  • Oversee Salesforce platform management and analytics, providing data-driven insights, dashboards, training, and continuous improvement to enhance operational transparency and accountability.
  • Support supplier engagement and growth initiatives through collaborative partnerships, data-driven business opportunities, event management, and alignment with organizational goals for measurable impact.


What you’ll bring 

  • Proven leadership in driving cross-functional projects and managing complex supply chain or procurement initiatives from end to end.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to develop and execute category management, vendor negotiations, and risk mitigation plans.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to influence stakeholders across multiple departments and external partners.
  • Expertise in leveraging technology and data analytics (such as Salesforce) to enhance visibility, reporting, and continuous process improvements.
  • A consultative approach with a focus on delivering innovative, customer-centric solutions that drive measurable business results.


Requirements

  • Education Requirement: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Management Experience: 0-5 years
  • Related Experience: 2-5 years
