Job Title: Service Configuration Management Analyst Job Category: Information Technology Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: TS/SCI with Polygraph Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: None Type of Travel: None * * * CACI is seeking an experienced and highly motivated SIAM (Service Integration and Management) - Configuration Management Analyst to support the planning, design, and implementation of configuration management plans and standards. Candidate should have 3 or more years of service process experience in an ITSM environment. Job Responsibilities: Supports the planning, design, and implementation of configuration management plans and standards Assist with the management and maintenance of the CMDB Assist in periodic verification and audit of CIs Assist asset management in defining a common naming convention and tagging standard for both assets and CIs Ensure mapping of services (logical service model) from the level of business services Ensure timely update of CI information Ensure CI relationship mapping is accurate and evaluated often Provide input for technology requirements relating to or impacting configuration management Utilize Service Now dashboards, tools, and techniques to report the status of the CMDB and CIs as needed Support measurement and reporting for weekly and monthly meetings Assist with research, evaluation, and assessment leading to development of recommendations for process improvements, optimization, and/or development efforts for IT processes (CSI) Supports evaluations and quality assessments for proper implementation of processes to meet quality standards Supports and participates in TEMs and other requirements gathering work sessions Perform as a self-starter who manages end-to-end efforts working independently as well as within a team environment Deliver high-quality work and can adapt to new challenges, either on their own or as part of a team You'll Bring These Qualifications: Must hold active TS/SCI with Poly Required Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 3 years of related work experience Proficiency and understanding in ITIL framework concepts and practices Working knowledge of the Service Management workflows and ITSM processes Relevant experience as an ITSM Configuration Management Analyst in programs of similar scope, type, and complexity Good written and communication skills with the ability to clearly document and explain business processes These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have: ITIL certifications Familiarity with Tableau Service Now certifications - What You Can Expect: A culture of integrity.
