Job Description:
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
  • Load production files and prepare machines for operation according to instructions.
  • Assist in setting up and adjusting equipment for daily production runs.
  • Monitor machine performance and report any issues or irregularities to supervisors.
  • Perform basic visual inspections to ensure product quality and consistency.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and equipment.
  • Replenish materials and consumables needed for machine operation.
  • Work collaboratively with other operators and team members to meet production targets.
  • Follow all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment.
  • Document basic production data and support continuous improvement efforts.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Essential Mental and Physical Functions:
This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to perform repetitive tasks in a manufacturing setting.
  • Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 lbs.
  • Frequent standing, bending, kneeling, and repetitive motion throughout the shift
  • Use of fine motor skills and visual acuity for inspecting components and operating machinery
