  • Design, Build and Manage database infrastructure to support Client's business requirements
  • Provide real-time operational support by responding to support tickets, system alerts and direct customer engagement via Slack, Zoom and Email
  • Patch, upgrade, migrate and retire databases
  • Meet Operating Level Agreements between internal teams
  • Support of audit and compliance functions
  • Provide engineering expertise for assigned projects
  • Continuously improve internal platforms for monitoring and alerting
  • Reactive performance diagnosis and remediation; proactive benchmarking, tuning and adherence to defined metrics
  • Technology prototyping, benchmarking and presenting to stakeholders
  • Automation of routine tasks through one or more programming languages and/or orchestration platforms such as Python, Ansible, Terraform, etc.
