This position is designed to be entirely remote, allowing for flexibility in serving our diverse client base from the comfort of your home office. You will be part of an integrated team that prioritizes a holistic approach to healing, collaborating closely with various mental health professionals including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, all committed to trauma recovery.

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed assessments to gather detailed histories and define individual therapeutic needs.
• Design and implement tailored treatment plans that target trauma recovery and resilience, utilizing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).
• Work in collaboration with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to ensure well-rounded care for our clients.
• Provide crisis intervention services to assist patients in high-stress situations, helping them navigate trauma-related emergencies.
• Educate clients and their family members about trauma, coping strategies, and available community resources to improve understanding and support.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, contributing to an effective case management system.
• Participate actively in team meetings and case consultations, contributing to your personal development and the enhancement of our trauma-informed care approach.

This role primarily focuses on a diverse group of individuals, including adults and adolescents, who are affected by trauma-related disorders such as PTSD, complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. Our commitment to understanding the unique backgrounds and experiences of each client allows us to provide customized care tailored to their specific needs.

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Oregon is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of trauma-related disorders and trauma-informed treatment approaches.
• Proficiency in delivering trauma-focused therapeutic interventions.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating a compassionate and supportive demeanor in clinical settings.
• Strong ability to manage crisis situations calmly and effectively.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and standard clinical documentation practices.
• Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative spirit, facilitating integrated care for clients.

• Demonstrated experience in trauma therapy or relevant certifications in trauma-informed care practices.
• History of working within a multidisciplinary team in a mental health setting.
• Prior experience utilizing digital tools to enhance client engagement and therapy outcomes.
