Our Rockwall fabrication facility is where ideas become tangible - from concept to completion - through creative design, precision craftsmanship, and technical excellence.

We are seeking a highly skilled Custom/Bench Carpenter to join our fabrication team at our Rockwall, TX location. This role is ideal for a craftsman with a passion for high-end custom builds, an eye for detail, and the ability to produce multiple-faceted projects with precision and creativity. The position involves both shop-based bench carpentry and on-site installation work as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Fabricate custom builds, fixtures, and environments to precise specifications.
  • Execute radius work, compound angles, and specialty joinery to deliver high-end finishes.
  • Interpret detailed drawings, blueprints, and 3D renderings to ensure accuracy and design intent.
  • Collaborate with project managers, designers, and fabricators to achieve project goals and deadlines.
  • Work on a variety of materials including wood, laminate, acrylic, and metal substrates.
  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace and ensure tools are properly maintained.
  • Participate in on-site builds, installations, and tear-downs as needed.
  • Uphold Lime Media's standards of quality, safety, and innovation in all fabrication work.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in custom, commercial, or high-end finish carpentry.
  • Proven ability to perform radius and multi-dimensional carpentry work.
  • Strong understanding of woodworking machinery, hand tools, and finishing techniques.
  • Ability to read and interpret complex fabrication drawings and blueprints.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
