Job description

Bench Technician
Ready to take your Bench Technician experience to a company that values quality, teamwork, and career growth? If you have at least 1 year of Bench Technician experience in the electrical industry, this full-time, temp-to-hire Bench Technician opportunity could be the right fit for you.
As a Bench Technician, you will repair and inspect customer-owned electrical equipment, perform quality inspections, and support production by ensuring all work meets company and safety standards. You will work alongside an experienced team that values your contributions and treats employees like family.
Bench Technician Responsibilities
  • Repair, service, and inspect customer-owned electrical equipment.
  • Create equipment evaluations in the ERP system and prepare repair quotes for customers.
  • Perform first-article inspections, quality checks, precision measurements, and pull-force testing to ensure products meet specifications.
  • Diagnose equipment issues, troubleshoot automated faults, and maintain accurate service, calibration, and quality records.
  • Provide customer support and training on proper equipment use while following all safety and quality standards.
Who Should Apply
  • At least 1 year  experience in the electrical industry.
  • Experience using digital micrometers, calipers, or other precision measuring tools.
  • Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and inspect electrical equipment.
  • Basic computer skills and experience working with an ERP system is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
Schedule
  • Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
  • Overtime available on Saturdays.

  • $18.00 per hour
