What is a bell?

Bell attendants, often referred to simply as 'bellhops' or 'bell staff,' are hospitality professionals who assist guests at hotels with their luggage, provide information about the property and surrounding area, and help ensure a smooth check-in and check-out experience. Their duties typically include greeting guests upon arrival, transporting bags to and from rooms, providing directions, and sometimes assisting with valet parking or arranging transportation. Bell attendants play a key role in creating a positive first impression for hotel guests.

These skills are important for ensuring a positive guest experience, efficient service, and smooth hotel operations.
