To thrive as a Behaviour Analyst, you need a deep understanding of applied behavior analysis (ABA), data collection, and behavioral assessment, typically supported by a relevant degree and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. Familiarity with data analysis software, electronic health records, and specialized ABA tools is often required. These skills ensure effective intervention strategies, ethical practice, and positive outcomes for individuals with behavioral challenges.
