• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to diagnose mental health conditions, developing tailored treatment plans that reflect each client's unique needs.
• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of evaluations, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Deliver high-quality, compassionate care through individual or group sessions, employing evidence-based practices and creative interventions to inspire client growth.
• Coordinate care with various stakeholders, including case managers, family members, healthcare professionals, and educational staff, to support comprehensive treatment.
• Participate in regular clinical meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and contribute to the overall mission of our organization.

This role serves a diverse client base, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. You will engage with clients of various ages and backgrounds, adapting your approach to meet their specific needs and preferences, thereby enhancing their therapeutic experience.

• A Master's degree in a behavioral science field, such as Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work, from an accredited college or university.
• Current, active LPC licensure in Arizona is required to ensure compliance with state practice standards.
• Demonstrated ability in effective written and verbal communication, with a focus on conveying complex ideas clearly and empathetically.
• Proficiency in establishing and maintaining professional boundaries with clients to foster a safe and therapeutic environment.
• Proficiency in technology and ability to complete accurate documentation efficiently using our electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Comfortable working with a diverse range of clients, showcasing cultural competency and sensitivity to individual needs.

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in counseling, with a focus on telehealth practices preferred.
• Experience working collaboratively in a team setting, utilizing interdisciplinary approaches to enhance client outcomes.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities and interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care approaches.

The annual compensation for this position ranges from $90,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience and licensure.
