In this full-time remote position, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals grappling with substance abuse and co-occurring mental health disorders. This role will be performed remotely, allowing you flexibility while still emphasizing connection with clients through telehealth platforms. You will be integrated into a supportive outpatient team that collaborates closely to ensure comprehensive client care. Communication tools and case management systems will be utilized to streamline workflows and enhance client engagement, ensuring you have the resources necessary to succeed in your role.

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of clients.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices and a client-centered approach.
• Engage with interdisciplinary teams, sharing insights and contributing to holistic treatment strategies aimed at overall wellbeing.
• Facilitate ongoing assessments to monitor client progress and adapt treatment plans as needed.
• Document therapy sessions meticulously in compliance with relevant regulations and organizational policies.
• Educate clients and families about mental health issues and treatment options to foster understanding and encourage engagement in the therapeutic process.

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at our center, you will work with a diverse range of clients, primarily individuals facing challenges related to substance abuse, anxiety, depression, and other co-occurring mental health disorders. Your approach will be tailored to meet the distinct needs of each client, respecting their backgrounds and experiences while promoting recovery and resilience.

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.
• Current, valid license in good standing with the Board of Behavioral Science, as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or an equivalent qualification.
• Must possess a license that is not under suspension or probation.
• Completion of pre-employment requirements, including tuberculosis screening; background checks; and drug screening.

Experience in providing therapy to clients with substance abuse and co-occurring disorders is highly desirable. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and digital engagement tools will be a significant advantage in this role. Applicants demonstrating proficiency in a collaborative treatment setting and active participation in a multi-disciplinary team will stand out.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 annually.
