• Conduct thorough mental health assessments that encompass psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments to form a holistic understanding of client needs.
• Work collaboratively with clients to develop personalized treatment programs that align with their specific cultural backgrounds, personal goals, and therapeutic needs.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), in individual, couples, family, and group settings.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention services and partner with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless treatment for clients in acute distress.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation, such as progress notes and treatment plans, adhering to clinic policies and regulatory requirements.
• Offer psychoeducational resources to clients and their families, imparting essential skills and knowledge to manage mental health challenges effectively.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary care team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to ensure integrated patient care.
• Regularly assess therapy efficacy through outcome evaluations, making necessary adjustments to care plans in response to client progress.
• Stay informed about the latest research, best practices, and innovations in the mental health field to enhance clinical practice and improve patient outcomes.
• Consistently uphold ethical standards and protect patient confidentiality in all aspects of practice.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at River Edge Developmental, LLC, you will primarily work with individuals who have experienced trauma and face a range of mental health concerns. Our diverse clientele includes children, adolescents, and adults from varied cultural backgrounds. Your expertise in culturally sensitive counseling will be invaluable in helping these individuals navigate their challenges while fostering resilience and empowerment.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas.
• Proven ability to work independently and effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, essential for building rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Experience in providing therapy to clients with complex mental health issues, as well as proficiency in crisis intervention techniques, will be a strong asset. Familiarity with telehealth practices and previous experience in community health settings are also preferred.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $105,000, depending on experience, education, and other relevant factors.
