• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify patient needs and develop targeted treatment plans that align with evidence-based practices.
• Administer therapeutic interventions utilizing solution-focused approaches, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and other proven methodologies.
• Maintain clear, accurate, and timely clinical documentation in accordance with state regulations and clinic policy, ensuring compliance and quality assurance.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team to coordinate care and share insights regarding patient progress and challenges.
• Provide educational resources and support to both patients and their families, empowering them with strategies to better manage mental health conditions.
• Stay informed about current trends and research in mental health, integrating new findings into practice to enhance patient outcomes.

As an LCSW at Inner Balance Innovations, you will work with a diverse array of patients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Your role will involve utilizing culturally responsive practices to engage with each patient effectively, fostering an environment of trust and openness that encourages recovery.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid LCSW license in the state of Texas, with active standing.
• Demonstrable knowledge of solution-based psychotherapy techniques and a strong foundation in various therapeutic modalities.
• Exceptional communication skills, with a focus on active listening, empathy, and problem-solving.

• Experience working with a vulnerable or underserved population in a clinical setting is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
