Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to develop personalized treatment strategies aimed at addressing their unique mental health needs.
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for all clients, integrating input from other healthcare professionals as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality is upheld.
  • Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training to remain current with the latest advancements in mental health and evidence-based practices.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clients represent a broad spectrum of backgrounds and mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. As an LPC at Victory Mind, you will work with individuals, couples, and families, tailoring your therapeutic approaches to meet the diverse needs of each client. You will play an integral role in fostering their journey to recovery and enhancing their overall well-being.

Qualifications
  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
  • Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.
  • A minimum of two years of counseling experience, ideally within a clinical setting.
  • Strong grasp of legal and ethical standards governing counseling practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with diverse clientele.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team, contributing to comprehensive care delivery.
Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
  • Annual salary range of USD 70,000 – 110,000, commensurate with experience, along with performance bonuses.
