Job description

Blue United Sourcing is seeking an experienced RN Nurse Supervisor for a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) and Behavioral Health (BH) setting. This leadership opportunity offers a flexible start date and consistent overnight hours in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

Assignment Details:

  • Part-Time Nights
  • 2x8s or 3x8s
  • 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
  • Every other weekend required
  • Holidays required if they fall on scheduled shift
  • Flexible start date

Requirements:

  • Active RN license
  • Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred
  • Experience in SNF and/or Behavioral Health setting required
  • Strong leadership, delegation, and clinical decision-making skills
  • Ability to oversee operations, ensure compliance, and support overnight staff
