Job description

This position is not per-diem. Candidates must be available and committed to working the established rotating schedule as outlined below:

Schedule: Every Thursday from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.

Keystone Retreat is not affiliated with the previous company or prior operations that resided at this location.

This role provides direct nursing care, administers medications, monitors client health needs, supports detox protocols, completes documentation, and works closely with the medical and clinical team to ensure safe, compassionate care.

Minimum Requirements:

Valid Registered Nurse license in the State of Pennsylvania
Valid driver’s license
Current CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain
Successful completion of background check, drug screen, and TB test

Preferred Experience:

Behavioral health, substance use, detox, or crisis management experience preferred
Knowledge of COWS, CIWA, and HIPAA preferred
