  • Cultivate a supportive, high-performing team environment by actively mentoring staff, managing performance, and fostering open communication to maximize employee satisfaction.

  • Drive operational efficiency through the strategic management of staff scheduling, recruitment, and payroll, ensuring the clinic is always fully equipped to serve our community.

  • Oversee financial health and regulatory compliance by managing departmental budgets and vendor relationships to guarantee safe, sustainable, and audit-ready operations.

What minimum qualifications you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • One or more of the following required:   
    • Licensed Clinical Counselor credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Marriage & Family Therapy, Professional Counseling & Social Work obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
    • Counselor credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Marriage & Family Therapy, Professional Counseling & Social Work obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
    • Psychologist credentialed from the Wisconsin Psychology Examining Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
    • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing OR current home state license if considered multi-state/Compact State.
    • Social Worker credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Marriage & Family Therapy, Professional Counseling & Social Work obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
    • Social Worker specializing in Clinical Practice credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Marriage & Family Therapy, Professional Counseling & Social Work obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. 
  • BLS Provider. American Heart Association or American Red Cross preferred.

Education:

  • High School diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Technical degree required.

Work Experience:

  • 3 years of experience required.
  • 1 year of leadership or management experience required.

  • Behavioral Health Experience preferred.
  • Monday through Friday, salaried position.
