Galt Ocean Rehab is a leading substance use and mental health treatment facility located along the peaceful Galt Ocean Mile near the Lauderdale-by-the-Sea pier. We provide compassionate, evidence-based, trauma-informed care to individuals facing addiction and co-occurring mental health disorders.

We are currently seeking reliable, experienced Behavioral Health Technicians to join our team.

Positions Available

  • 2nd Shift

  • Part-Time and Full-Time

  • Weekend Availability Required

Role Overview
Behavioral Health Technicians play a vital role in maintaining a safe, structured, and supportive therapeutic environment. BHTs work closely with clinical and medical staff to support clients through daily programming and recovery activities while upholding professional boundaries and standards of care.

The Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) performs a range of routine duties essential to the safe, effective, and efficient operation of the program. BHTs work under the direct supervision of the Director of Housing, with performance evaluated based on the timely, accurate, and consistent completion of assigned responsibilities.
