About the Role:
True Care Mental Health Clinic LLC is looking for a passionate and driven Clinical Marketing Representative to join our growing team in Newark, Elizabeth, Jersey City, Toms River and Paterson, NJ. This is an exciting opportunity to bridge the gap between our mental health services and the communities that need them most — making a real difference while building a rewarding career.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, schools, community events, social workers, and community organizations
  • Promote clinical services and programs to healthcare providers and community stakeholders
  • Conduct outreach visits, presentations, and networking events to increase patient referrals
  • Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient intake and referral processes
  • Track and report on marketing activities, referral sources, and census growth metrics
  • Identify new business development opportunities within the behavioral health market
  • Represent the clinic at community health fairs, conferences, and professional events
  • Design and develop marketing materials
  • Prepare and conduct presentations
  • Help plan, coordinate and participate in marketing events
  • Ability and willingness to work some early mornings, evenings, and weekends
  • Maintain promotional materials inventory
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma/GED required, Bachelors preferred
  • Prior experience in healthcare or behavioral health marketing, sales, or outreach strongly preferred
  • Established relationships with referral sources in the Newark/NJ healthcare community is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of mental health services, terminology, and the behavioral health landscape
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in the field
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
