This is an outstanding opportunity for a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Clinical Social Worker (LISW-CP or LMSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or associate-level clinician who is passionate about improving the lives of children, adolescents, adults, and families.

    What You'll Do
    As a Behavioral Health Counselor, Mental Health Therapist, or Clinical Social Worker, you will:
    • Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments and psychosocial evaluations.
    • Diagnose behavioral health conditions within your scope of practice.
    • Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices.
    • Provide individual, family, and crisis counseling.
    • Deliver trauma-informed, culturally responsive behavioral healthcare.
    • Provide behavioral health interventions for children, adolescents, adults, and families.
    • Collaborate with primary care providers in an Integrated Behavioral Health model.
    • Coordinate services with schools, social service agencies, hospitals, and community organizations.
    • Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant electronic medical records (EMR).
    • Participate in multidisciplinary case conferences and treatment planning.
    • Connect patients with community resources and support services.
    • Promote whole-person health through integrated medical and behavioral healthcare.
  • Requirements
    Current South Carolina licensure as one of the following:
    • LISW-CP
    • LMSW
    • LPC
    • LMFT

    Associate-level licensed clinicians are encouraged to apply.
