Job description

Description:
Familiarity with social-emotional learning, tiered behavioral programming and intervention
services. Knowledge of current research, trends and best practices related to assignment.
Knowledge of applicable laws. Ability to implement evidence-based practices. Ability to
communicate effectively orally and in writing. Ability to work effectively within the school
setting with students, staff and families. Computer skills are required for the position.
Job Summary:






To collaborate with educators to assess and develop behavioral interventions for
students with all disabilities in schools. To coordinate support in the development and
delivery of services to address the social, emotional and behavioral learning and needs
of students.



Qualifications:
1. Certification to qualify as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) OR Certification to
    qualify as a Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) and a
    Master's/Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited educational institution.
2. Satisfactory criminal background check and drug screening.
3. A minimum of three (3) years teaching experience preferred.
4. Experience in effectively supporting the social-emotional learning and behavioral needs
    of children.
