Key Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions through various modalities including individual, group, and family therapy via telehealth platforms.
• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that address each patient's unique mental health challenges.
• Administer and interpret mental health assessments, ensuring adherence to relevant federal, state, and organizational guidelines for documentation.
• Foster effective communication with clients, offering crisis intervention and support as needed.
• Engage in continuous coordination with other healthcare providers and community resources to enhance client care and outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes while utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role involves working with a varied patient population, including children, adolescents, families, and seniors. Our therapists are expected to address diverse mental health issues, providing culturally competent care tailored to the needs of each patient demographic. The flexibility of telehealth services allows therapists to reach clients who might face barriers to traditional in-office visits, thereby promoting inclusive access to mental health care.

Qualifications

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Active and valid license in California as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC.
• Three years of clinical therapy experience, particularly in crisis counseling and outpatient settings.
• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and adaptable to technology; familiarity with video conferencing software is essential.
• Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills, ensuring effective interactions with clients and colleagues.

Preferred Experience

• Experience delivering mental health services in a telehealth environment.
• Prior work with a diverse client population, particularly in outpatient clinical settings.
• Knowledge of integrated care models and community resource navigation.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
