Job description

Job Overview
Join a rapidly growing, tight-knit non-profit organization dedicated to pediatric care and special education advocacy. We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to relieve current caseloads and deliver high-quality, data-driven ABA intervention strategies. This role offers strong stability, travel reimbursement between local sites, a supportive team culture, and a direct path to a salaried role with CEU maintenance support.
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments to identify client strengths, needs, and treatment priorities.
  • Develop, implement, and continuously evaluate individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data to guide clinical decision-making and treatment adjustments.
  • Provide ongoing supervision, training, and performance feedback to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and support staff.
  • Input client programs into the Rethink system and communicate regularly with parents and care teams.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and healthcare professionals to ensure consistency and generalization of treatment strategies.
  • Participate in intake assessments, treatment planning meetings, and ongoing care coordination for new and existing clients.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA and organizational standards.
  • Ensure implementation fidelity of ABA programs across all service settings and support crisis management when clinically appropriate.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Certification: Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required (newly certified BCBAs are welcome).
  • Education: Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Background: Must pass a standard background check.
  • Experience: Experience working with children and individuals with autism spectrum disorder or developmental disabilities. Knowledge of trauma-informed approaches is a plus.
  • Clinical Knowledge: Strong understanding of ABA principles, behavior assessment tools, supervision of RBTs, and proficiency in data analysis using digital systems.
  • Soft Skills: Open, direct communication style, strong collaborative ability, punctuality, and a compassionate, patient-centered approach.

Schedule & Work Modality
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday (Flexible hours with preferred availability between 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM based on supervision needs).
  • Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire (Full-Time preferred; Part-Time options available).
  • Location arrangement:
    • Full-Time: Split time between cases in Littleton and Lakewood.
    • Part-Time: Work exclusively at the Littleton location.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Pay Rate: $65.00 - $75.00/hr (Direct Client/Patient Work) | $20.00 - $25.00/hr (Administrative Work).
  • Travel: Hourly rate reimbursement for travel time between locations.
  • PTO: 2.5 hours of PTO accrued for every 40 hours worked.
  • Health & Retirement: 401(k) retirement plan; Health, Dental, and Vision insurance available for full-time employees after 60 days.
  • Career Growth: Transition to a permanent salaried position after consistent performance, plus ongoing CEU maintenance assistance.
