The successful candidate will work onsite at our hospital facility in Eugene, a picturesque city renowned for its natural beauty and strong sense of community. You will be part of a cohesive team comprising 5 physicians and 5 nurse practitioners, where collaboration, knowledge sharing, and mentorship are encouraged. The work schedule consists of 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday, making it an ideal position for those seeking work-life balance.

• Conduct thorough physical examinations and assess patients’ medical histories to identify health concerns.
• Order and analyze diagnostic tests (such as blood tests and X-rays) to aid in accurate diagnoses.
• Diagnose health conditions and develop effective treatment plans for both chronic and infectious diseases.
• Prescribe medications and provide clear explanations to patients about their treatment options.
• Maintain precise medical records and scheduling to ensure seamless patient follow-up.
• Educate patients and their families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and management strategies.
• Promote healthy lifestyle choices through community outreach and patient engagement initiatives.
• Engage in professional development activities, staying up-to-date with the latest healthcare trends and research.

This role requires a focus on a wide range of patient demographics, from young families to elderly individuals, in need of both routine care and complex health management. As a Physician Assistant, you will interact with patients from various backgrounds, understanding their unique health needs, and tailoring your approach accordingly. Your contributions will be vital in enhancing patient satisfaction and improving health outcomes within our community.

• A Bachelor’s Degree and Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies.
• Current valid Physician Assistant license in the State of Oregon and PA-C certification.
• A DEA number is required for prescribing medications.
• Demonstrable expertise in primary care, as well as experience in acute care and chronic disease management.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong patient relationships.
• Strong ethical standards and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

• Previous experience working as a Physician Assistant in a clinic, hospital, or emergency room setting is preferred.
• Bilingual candidates may be preferable, although this is not a strict requirement.
• A genuine interest in continuing education and involvement in ongoing professional development.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 140,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additionally, Beansville Behavioral Health Center provides a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
