About the Role:
Join Everything On The Spectrum LLC as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Huntsville, AL, where you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals with autism. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working with a dedicated team in a growing company.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Conduct direct therapy sessions with clients, focusing on skill development and behavior reduction.
  • Collect and record data on client progress and behavior changes accurately.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members to ensure continuity of care.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to treatment plan development.
  • Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients during therapy sessions.
  • Assist in training and mentoring new staff members as needed.
Requirements:
  • Current RBT certification
